Clinical Supervision

As an LPC-S, Tracy has received specialized training to supervise and mentor other counselors or therapists working towards independent licensure (LCPC only) in the state of Colorado. In addition to providing clinical guidance and feedback, she is able to support supervisee’s professional development and competence in their own clinical judgment as they work towards completing their clinical hours and documentation requirements.

Supervision is only available to supervisees residing and practicing in the state of Colorado.

With over 10 years of clinical experience in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, our provider brings a wealth of knowledge in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based practices. Her diverse clinical background makes her an ideal supervisor for those seeking to hone their skills across a variety of therapeutic approaches.

Supervision Approach

Our provider takes a collaborative and strengths-based approach to supervision, fostering a supportive environment where supervisees can develop their unique clinical voice. Through reflective discussions, case consultations, and practical feedback, she encourages personal and professional growth. She offers supervision for individuals as well as groups.
