Tracy Boone is a Licensed Professional Counselor, ADHD specialist, and clinical supervisor with over 20 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults with ADHD and its comorbidities including anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. Her clinical focus centers on ADHD, helping individuals better understand their neurodivergence while building practical strategies for navigating life's daily challenges. She excels in creative problem-solving through collaborative behavioral interventions, focusing on skill building in areas like emotional regulation, time management, motivation, and mindfulness. Tracy also provides clinical supervision for LPCs working towards independent licensure in Colorado, and offers ADHD concierge coaching online for adults nationwide through LuxeMind ADHD Concierge Coaching.

Tracy works best with young adults, women, and older adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the long-term impact of growing up in emotionally immature or dysfunctional family systems. Most of her clients are deep thinkers, high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from constantly holding it all together.
