Meet our Provider
Tracy Boone is a Licensed Professional Counselor and clinical supervisor with over 12 years of experience in supporting adolescents and adults through a variety of mental health and behavioral challenges. Her clinical focus centers on ADHD, helping individuals better understand their neurodivergence while building strategies for navigating life’s daily challenges. She excels in creative problem-solving through collaborative behavioral interventions, focusing on skill -building in areas like emotional regulation, time management, motivation, and mindfulness. Additionally, our provider is able to supply training supervision hours to counselors and therapists working towards independent licensure in the state of Colorado.
Tracy views the individual as being from a family system, a community, and other groups that influence one’s life experience. She is committed to establishing affirmative, collaborative relationships with her clients and fostering a holistic and personalized mental health journey.
Outside of her work, Tracy enjoys staying active by playing tennis, skiing, and going on hikes. She is an avid reader and author, and values self-care as an essential part of her own well-being.
